RENTAL POLICIES

No smoking inside any vehicle.
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level or a $50 refueling charge may apply.
Late returns, smoking, damage, or other contract violations may result in additional charges or loss of the security deposit.
You may use qualifying personal insurance or ask about company-provided coverage for an additional $50 per day.
Tickets, tolls, parking violations, and citations incurred during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
Some vehicles are tinted. Tint-related tickets are at the renter's discretion and responsibility. The owner's medical tint authorization does not transfer to renters.
An electronic rental agreement and signature are required before pickup.
